The following are authorized to receive copies of an Accident Report per Kentucky Revised Statue 189.635:

 

    1.          Parties to the accident;
    2.          Parents or guardians of a minor who is party to the accident;
    3.          Insurers of any party to the accident; 
    4.          Attorneys of Involved Parties; and

    5.         News-gathering organizations, for the sole purpose of publishing or broadcasting the news.
