File a Complaint

If you would like to file a formal complaint on a City of Radcliff Police Department Employee, you will need to report in person to the Radcliff City Hall located at 411 West Lincoln Trail Boulevard, Radcliff, Kentucky 40160.  A sworn affidavit will be requested. If you are not able to report in person, a sworn notarized statement may be accepted.
