About the Code Enforcement Board
The Code Enforcement Board was established to protect, promote and improve the health, safety and welfare of the citizens residing within the City by authorizing the creation of an administrative board with the authority to issue remedial orders and impose fines in order to provide an equitable, expeditious, effective and inexpensive method of insuring compliance with the ordinance enforced in local governments. The Ordinances that shall be enforced are those Ordinances which specifically state that a violation of the Ordinance is a civil offense.
Time & Place of Meeting
The Code Enforcement Board meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. The meetings are held at Radcliff City Hall on the 2nd floor.
